You don't know me that well, but I am your higher self, your subconscious mind.

I know you're skeptical, afraid, but within you I dwell.

Past your thoughts and ideas. Past your fears, nightmares and scary images of your past.

Like a wave in an ocean, I radiate through every cell in your mind, and body.

If you look in your eyes you will see the sparkle of my existence....waiting patiently for you to notice me.....waiting with unconditional love for you to accept me and embrace me.

Let me enter your conscious mind, and together we can make great things happen.

I know you have been through a lot of turmoil, and you feel alone and deserted, and doubtful, afraid, but I live in you, and I love you.

Like a surge of energy waiting to be released; you know you feel me in the gentle breeze upon your face, and in your heart as you stand firm on the ground with arms open wide.

You see me flow in the waters, as they ripple and wave, and in the graceful movements of dolphins and hummingbirds.

Closing your eyes and imagining their spirit wave, their energy, their power--together you connect as your spirits blend and radiate through the other becoming as one in the Universe.

You feel the awakening; the gentle reminder of groundedness, and your sense of connection to your mother earth upon your skin, and in the tears of grief you hide,

as the wind dries to console and the sun sends comforting waves of unconditional acceptance and love; you are not alone.

Your mother cries with you as the rain drops fall upon your face, and sends a moment of refreshment, and clarity as the old washes away; making room for the new.

You want to fly the sky, and feel free, liberated and justified, and you do when you feel the energy of an eagle.

You want to feel at peace, and exerience simplicity and inner calmness and you do as the dove becomes you.

You want to be mighty, courageous and brave, and you are as you feel the spirit of the horse form a wave through your veins.

You want to be guided, and keen, sharp and prepared, and you are as the energy of the wolf flows through you.

You want to feel alive and well, free to experience emotions as they surface, and accepting of your femininity that has been disregarded by you and others, and you do when you dance with the dolphins under the sea.

You want to find your voice and true self through all of the muck, and you are as you embrace the precious hummingbird and her powerful fluttering wings.

Know that I am here, I am the sparkle of your Universe, and together we can ride this wave
