My breath, a wave, invisible yet powerful. Deep within an invisble spirit is alive so I am told. I am my spirit just as I am my breath. I am a wave. I am alive. I survived. I breathe in the knowing, with the tender delicate air freely, and I let go without thought and yet with thoughts of grace and ease becoming one with the breeze--it awakens my senses to take a fuller deeper breath as it is very cold. It fills me up as if to inflate my body like a life support device that has been thrown out to sea. My breath is not invisible today; it forms a haze directly in front of me--becoming one with the breeze, and sends me a reminder that I am here, and I am alive and thats truth.
